    • In the cold dew season, the weather is relatively dry, and the combination of cold and dryness can easily lead to symptoms such as dry skin, desquamation and dry mouth.

      Chinese medicine believes that dryness evil needs moistening, while cold evil needs warming and dispersing. Therefore, in cold dew season, you should eat some warm and moist food.

      Yam, radish,  peanut, honey, sesame, tremella and lily.These moist foods can play a very good role in nourishing the lungs and preventing dryness,prevent pathogenic dryness from damaging lung. eating these foods frequently in second month of autumn can effectively reduce the occurrence of dry skin.


      寒露时节,天气比较干燥,寒燥相合,则容易导致皮肤干燥脱屑、口干舌燥等症状。

      中医认为,燥邪需要濡润,寒邪则需要温散,因此,寒露时节,应当进食一些具有温暖且滋润性质的食物。

      山药、萝卜、花生、蜂蜜、芝麻,银耳、百合。这些偏于滋润的食物,可以起到很好的滋养肺脏,防止燥邪伤肺的作用,仲秋时节经常进食此类食物,可以有效的减少皮肤干燥的发生。
