  • Human health and daily scale division
According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, the health of the human body is closely related to changes in nature.
The twelve hours of a day correspond to the twelve meridians of the human body, each of which is connected to a specific organ.
Therefore, the health status of the human body can change over time.
For example, the "Maoshi" (from 5 to 7 in the morning) is the active period of the "Large Intestine Meridian", during which the large intestine peristalsis is more active, which is beneficial for excretion.
If there is no timely defecation during this time period, it may cause problems such as constipation.
Similarly, the "Si Shi" (9:00 am to 11:00 am) is the active period of the "Spleen Meridian", during which the function of the spleen is relatively strong, which is conducive to digestion and absorption of food.
If you eat improperly during this period, it may lead to digestive problems and other issues.
